Ceramic Honeycomb
European standard honeycomb ceramic packing, catalyst carrier and heat storage substrate |
- Brief introduce
Our technical staffs provided technology and products to global suppliers of honeycomb ceramic of European and American multinational companies in China. The products are used to purify the gas in RTO, RCO installment, heat transfer and storage in industrial stove. They are used to collect and purify the gas and dust in the filtration and purification installment and they are also used to absorb and transfer as high efficiency packing and carrier in packing tower installment.
There are three typical Geometric data: Honeycombs with 40X40 channels -- 150X150X300X(40X40) Honeycombs with 50X50 channels -- 150X150X300X(50X50) Honeycombs with 60X60 channels -- 150X150X300X(60X60)

| Honeycomb ceramic heat storage substrate |
- Brief introduce
High Temperature Air Combustion Technology (HTAC) have dual effects on energy saving and environment protection. Comparing with the conventional combustion technology, HTAC will save approximately 20-50% fuels, decrease the oxidation and Ignition Loss by 20%, reduce NOx emissions by 40% and bring up the production output >20%. As a key component of HTAC, honeycomb heat storage substrates have the following features: large unit heat transfer surface, high heat conductivity, low pressure drop, low heat penetration depth and high thermal efficiency. Moreover, channel shapes are available in: square channel, round channel and hexagonal channel. Face shapes are also available in: plane face, inclined face, single
groove channel face, double groove channel face. The technicians from our company innovatively manufacture the honeycomb heat storage substrate, baffle brick and ball by synthesizing chromium corundum and high purity mullite using >2000℃ high temperature electro-cast. We are the first company apply this manufacturing method in China. The synthetic material have the following features: high temperature resistance, high softening point, excellent de-slagging ability, outstanding thermal stability, fast heat conductivity, high density and high heat capacity. By applying the new synthetic material, our products
dramatically lower down the plugging, fusing, slagging, cracking, powdering and spalling phenomenon. The service life of our products is equivalent to international famous brand. Furthermore, when the temperature reach 600℃, the catalyst on the substrates can boost a catalytic combustion on the compound of CO, HC from the smoke. This method is wide spreading to increase the surplus heat recovery and minimize the waste gas emissions.

| Honeycomb ceramic filter plate |
- Brief introduce
As to the problems caused by using direct-path filter in casting industry in and out of China, our company adopts special ingredient and technology and produces the filter from the aspects of improving the spalling resistance, thermal stability, void fraction and enlarging the surface area. The performance indexes of the products reach or
surpass the level of that of overseas. The filter plate can filtrate and absorb the small impurity in molten metal in a maximum degree, so that on the one hand, the air bubbles are forbidden in; on the other hand, the molten metal are changed from turbulent flow to laminar flow and become homogenized. Furthermore, the filters are able to filtrate the impurities and the relevant chemical reaction will be finished by daubing on several kinds of catalyst, so the quality of the casting are improved. Many European and American companies have authorized this kind of product.

- Brief introduction
GUIDE Infrared Ceramic Tile is cordierite based ceramic heating element. It's widely used in gas radiant heaters and plays the most important part in those applications. The interlaced corrugated surface of the ceramic tile combined with honeycomb design basis provides a superb surface area and working burning surface. We have also adopted the best raw material and new formula to maximize the micro-porosity of the tile. With all these advantages, the oxygen mix completely with the gas, burning without flame, emitting high efficiency far infrared ray and radiant heat, saving up to 30%.
Our ceramic engineer has designed a unique manufacturing machine, which enables us to control the shape and the hole diameter to an enhanced precision level. After test on the real oven, the ceramic tile can generate uniform and high efficiency infra-red burning.
